If you cancel within 24 business hours of your scheduled appointment OR if you are not home at the time of your scheduled appointment (without making prior arrangements with your groomer), you will be charged
o $30.00 Flat Rate Fee – to be added to your bill at your next appointment
o An additional 15% of your total groom added to your bill at next appointment.
You must show proof of your pet’s current rabies vaccination in order for her to be groomed. We will not groom pets without the proper paperwork.
If your check is returned, there will be a $35.00 fee added to the bill. We will only accept payments in cash or credit card after this happens.
If your pet has fleas, he or she will be administered a Capstar flea pill (which kills 98% of fleas on the dog’s body within 30 minutes) and a flea bath. This helps to prevent us from transferring fleas from one dog to the next. The only exception to this rule is a letter from your veterinarian stating that your dog cannot receive this pill. You will be charged for a flea treatment ($15) on top of your regular bill.
If your pet has a tick, we will not be able to blow-dry him or her. Blow drying a dog with ticks increases the chances of having ticks in the grooming salon which would allow them to infect another pet. You will be charged the full price for your pet’s groom.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
We take cash, check, or credit cards except American Express. If you happen to forget to leave payment, we can send an invoice.
WHEN CAN I GET AN APPOINTMENT?
If you are not already a regularly scheduled customer, you will most likely have to wait for an opening for 3 or more weeks.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE FOR OUR FIRST APPOINTMENT?
At our first appointment we will need to see a copy of your pet’s current rabies vaccine and your pet. That’s it!
WHAT IF I CAN’T BE HERE FOR THE APPOINTMENT BUT STILL WANT MY PET GROOMED?
We have several clients that leave a key hidden or give us the garage door code, or make other arrangements for us to be able to get their pet groomed. You will need to make prior arrangements with us if you won’t be home for your pet’s appointment.
CAN I GET MY PET ON A REGULAR GROOMING ROTATION?
Yes! At your first appointment you will fill out a Pet Interview Form. Here you can indicate if you would like your dog groomed regularly and how often. If you are an existing client, please let your groomer know you would like to be put on a regular rotation of every 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 weeks.
